Oh baby camel. So soft, so warm, so shiny! And a pain in the butt for me. This was the angora all over again. It has a 1 inch staple.
It was a very slippery fiber, very similar to angora. I had to treadle very slowly, I put very little twist in and it didn’t really long draw well. It took a long while to spin.
It’s glory did come out after spinning, incredibly squishy, incredibly soft and is wonderful to rub on your face.
I wouldn’t spin it again though.
